NON-ELS Federal Signal Vision Rotator Pack

2.1 fixes an issue with the lights not turning off in the 2020 Fusion and 2018 Charger, It also makes the CB antenna an extra on the 2006 CVPI

Today I am showcasing my latest NON-ELS Pack for GTA 5. This features the venerable Federal Signal Vision lightbar with the S model on older car models and the SLR on the newer car models. This pack has a lot more features than V1 including moveable spotlights, toggleable light modules, ALPRs, and more. The base models are a lot better and the overall quality is much better. It ships with a Las Vegas Metro Police inspired livery.
